Health is not merely the absence of disease, but an optimal state of wellness, where every system in your body is operating at its peak function in complete balance with the other. In my opinion the way to achieve this optimal state of health is through proper structural alignment, exercise, rest, diet and a positive mental outlook. I have spent years developing an office that can support these ideas to the fullest. These ideas and approach are based on my own experiences as an athlete, a chiropractic patient, student and practicing doctor. It has been my personal quest to have this level of health first for myself and my family so that I could then share this knowledge with my patients. The reason for wanting this level of health for me and my family first was so that I could practice what I preach and lead by example. Too many healthcare practitioners are unhealthy and out of shape and yet are giving people care and advice on how to live “healthier” lives. Quite honestly this doesn’t make any sense to me.
